There would be nothing more than an inter-company transfer of skill & technical resources.
Insofar as tenaments, I would guess CTO will take control of both regions & GML would become a Citigold beagle.
That is one valuable lesson the father instilled into the son whilst skating his circles. If the son has developed other ideas & forgotton his dad's words, then he really is an idiot.
