Get this "Discount on acquisition" == If the fair values of identifiable net assets exceed the sum calculated above, the excess amount (i.e. gain on a bargain purchase, disclosed as Discount on Acquisition) is recognised in profit or loss immediately.

Hang on a minute, not even cash flow +ve but some how realised a profit from said "bargain acquisition" - this sounds like utter bollocks to me !!

And of course == NOTE 3: GOING CONCERN ........ The Group’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the generation of cash from operations, the sufficiency of current cash reserves to meet existing obligations, the ability to reschedule planned exploration and development activity, raising of further equity and the exercise of options issued.
