10,066 cases means Andrews and Sutton have failed and should both resign.
Sutton failed to recommend the lockdown of Hume, Whittlesea, Moreland and Brimbank where the bulk of the cases have come from. Had these LGA's been locked down we would not be in this crisis.
Andrews is happy to lockdown down small population regional shires but not the major Covid case suburbs.
