respectfully disagree.
I use online travel booking companies to scour rates, then book directly with the hotels / airlines.
Any border queries can be looked into yourself by doing research or speaking to a consulate.
There will be a portion of the population that prefers travel agents for convenience but my thinking is the post-covid world will work a little differently.
Travel agents aren't gonna help much with border closures, as evidenced by the thousands of Aussies still stranded overseas.
