I trade with SelfWealth for three main reasons:
1) Trades are cheap and you can access the US market
2) They use CHESS so I know my stocks are safe. Many platforms require you to sign your stocks over to them, so if that platform goes under........ I'm not sure what happens to your holdings....
3) When your money is in cash it's in the ANZ bank, so should be safe there also.
I Have traded with the big 4 for many years, but the trading fees get quite large when your trading with a bit of cash......
Would be nice to see SWF go the same wat as After pay!!!
