I wouldn't be going back over lots of posts I have already seen for somebody else. That's a big ask to ask somebody to do that for them. Best value is to do it for yourself and absorb the facts while absorbing knowledge by sifting the wheat from the chaff.... absolutely correct, for best value DYOR does the trick every time.
