I just had a look and there seems to be no real power problems in Shandong, applies more to other provinces and even with power issues I would guess most of WKT's equipment would be well ahead of time just waiting for shipping costs to come down as they are at the moment.

Its amazing how big Jinpeng is, imagine like the nuff nuffs around here thought it should be built in Germany or Europe or somewhere else heinously expensive, four times the cost for something worse. I would rather the experts do it in a cheaper labour market thank you.
