in fairness i don't really want to get rid of Gernot but i do think that he needs to take a big pay cut after all this really was Gernot's idea he was the one that started ESH and as far as i know got the talent to come , but its time we got told some thing we are the owners of this company as well as them if we don't hear some thing soon i think that a vote of no confidence in the board should take place
