As a newbie who has not been through a capital raise, how do they set the SP on the raise ? Trying to work out if we need a CR will they offer the current share price or the amount of capital they need to raise by shares they intend to offer ?again trying to ascertain if buying now at approx 14 cents or if they do a CR and because I currently hold I may get the shares at a cheaper price than buying now
