Loihi 2 is at the same position where akida was there at least 3 years ago. They are still looking a road ahead while akida cover all the way to commercialisation.
They are still looking to partner with someone to develop sensors which Akida have Meta TF which can convert CNN to SNN. On the whole either you are not trying to understand the difference or you need to go back at listen to the conversation once again.
Intel is still looking for a lot of answers while brainchip already have those answers.
Intel have only one plus point and that is it is much bigger and older than brainchip. Hopefully brainchip can become as big as intel in much quicker time than what intel take.
Listen to 1st 2 minutes where he is saying Loihi 2 is altogether different from intel processors and it can revolutionise processing in a big way. And then listen ahead what they are planning to do. then come to brainchip and compare what they had achieved.
