Using AFL parlance, right now VEN is a newly drafteed player who isn't tall, isn't fast and doesn't kick the ball a country mile, BUT, has a happy knack of being in the right place at the right time. He'll never be the best player in the league, but if the cards fall his way, he might have a very good 10 year career as a solid role player.
