well spot price $1100 I assume is what small end users would pay as they purchase less where as bulk orders are not known as spot price. The attraction would come from bulk users being enticed for a discount but I'm not sure only basing this off bulk orders of anything is usually discounted almost kind of retail price vs wholesale price. Smalltalkdaily posted it on Twitter I think the HBS is tradable meaning it may trade like a stock and can go up or down depending on demand
