Holders selling today will still be able to participate in the cap raise. So sell at a $1.60+ now and buy back in the cap raise at $1.45 but if there's scale back they'll probably end up with a lot less shares.
Sometimes wonder if it's worth it
If all holders apply for their full allocation there'll be a 50% scale back at least.
