Firstly before Eric chimes in and says all I do is draw ever lower horizontal lines the warning signals on FMG started when it put put in the potential double top then dropped below the 200 day moving average that it hasn't been able to regain.
Since then its just put in ever increasing bearish confirmation signals !
not mentioned on the chart is the slope on the 200 EMA see below .
