Agree. It's likely to relate to how the "take-or-pay" stipulation in the agreement has been finalized. One way, would be by paying the agreed/negotiated sum; another way would be negotiating better rates on the imported Antigen test, which Atomo rebrands and supplies in OZ.

A more interesting outcome could relate to the current "non-exclusive" rights, which could be amended or renegotiated. This would have the effect of pressing Atomo's antigen competitor Pantonic from the OZ market - noting that Pantonic also uses the very same non-rebranded Access Bio kit. A similar outcome could be achieved by negotiating supply.

Atomo holds a long standing relationship with Access Bio. Whatever way, I am sure maintaining this relationship is front of mind.
