    What a waste of time all the posts about Becton has been
    its such a shame because most of us had really good points.

    As predicted everything else is flying and Becton is sinking. The seller does not think they are going to get refinancing and I am also beginning to think this way. Does anyone know what will happen if they do not get refinancing.
