Moremoney,is this statement you know to be actual fact or your personal opinion.If true, it can only be good for CHM shareholders.To not even try mediation,orderd by the judge,certainly won't please him,or endear him to either side.If the CHM case wasn't sound they would surely at least attempt to get him onside and gain some favour, however small.Or are both sides posturing and a last minute attempt will eventuate?. Not long to go now.
