Do not hold your breath- i called Automic today and the guy I spoke to had no idea and told me maybe the Holiday in NSW may be the issue- but DXB is a Vic company and definitely said in the statement on Friday that Automic will start refunding today- definitely not impressed by Automic !!!!!!!!!!!
