Small company has to survive by being strategic, around shareholders expectations, ground work, risk spread across lease acquistion, timing of drill spread, type of drill and depth, surveys techniques to build and sell a prospect. A company too confident and drilling anything, that is flavour of the month, will just die. A lemming leaping off a cliff, seen it a few times. DEV is an expert group, creating opportunity... who ultimately don't know if they are right.

A certain amount of cash exists, a large group of prospects cash hungry, especially in the current situation of high demand for drilling crews/equipment and long assays waits, hard to get access to valuable farmland. DEV is not CHN with an enormous drill budget to punch into a single area.

No one knows the outcome, spec stock... love em or leave em.
