Short position open to 10c, page-827

Everyone can pretend to be warren buffet shorting pretty much anything in September and be right. Statistically the whole market suffers through September nearly as bad as June.

You would want balls of steel to hold a short position through October though as Statistically its the best month of the year for gains.

Whilst there are plenty of posters here blowing their own and their mates trumpets here when the SP dips, they will vanish in a flash as they do on all stocks when they charge back up again only to reappear under new accounts in the quiet times.

In my personal private opinion, one of the advantages of investing long term in a company such as brainchip and having every confidence that it will be a game changer is that the ups and downs are not of any concern especially so early in the game. Not early in terms of getting the product to market, but early in terms of its growth, which gets closer with each little sleepy i have.

I dont believe Brainchip has begun to saturate the market just yet, but as one of their stated goals i wouldn't want to be holding a short position when that began.

Saturate the market. BAM.

At some delicious point there will be a Trading Halt. It will be a grim day for shorters watching their gains vanish into thin air. It will be a glorious day for the holders.

Will it come tomorrow? who knows. Wednesday? maybe or maybe not. The only thing we know is that it is coming. To hold or not to hold, that is the question.

Its an easy long term holder for me.
