Just throwing some thoughts out there...
Sila Nano have a market cap of $3.3billion.
They have just commercialised a silicon anode anode which contains 25% their special silicon and the remaining 75% is natural graphite for consumer electronics (Whoop smart watch). As far as I can see they don't have graphite which means they have to source this from a third party. No figures on total tonnes per annum.
By their own admission they still face "significant challenges" moving from consumer electronics to electric vehicles.
Talga have a market cap of ~$420million and utilise low cost metallurgical silicon with their own low cost graphite to produce Talnode-Si (~8,500tpa Talphene® graphene for silicon anodes).
Talnode Si "is currently underdoing full-cell customer testing under confidentiality and material transfer agreements with multiple battery manufacturers and auto OEMs in Europe and USA".
This is in addition to the 19,500tpa of Talnode C (stage 1) and 85,000tpa (stage 2) of Talnode C.
Am I missing something?
