i really enjoyed your last post, thank for that legal dissertation. i would imagine, though i am not a lawyer, as i imagine you are, as you are putting forward legal hypotheticals as advise, the same could be said of any party to any legal action in any country. i don't know if it has any basis however, do you?


as to the viability i was simply suggesting that the company might share qualified estimates as to viability if they exist. that was in response to you saying essentially that any mining decision for the company was a couple of years off and would be a function of the bfs. it led me to wonder and certainly hope that the company has modeled the mining scenerios and estimated the revenues such that they know whether it is viable now. of course, since you aren't a member of the company, lol, i wouldn't be asking you for that information. i hope that answers your questions
