Well short trading data is now out for 28/9/21 when around 8m shares were traded. This is well above daily average (4 to 5 times) and I was fully expecting shorters to be active closing out ahead of B10. Well just 1.06m shorts were closed however a significant 420K new shorts were put in place. So net close out was just 640K. Like pissing into the wind. Were the 420K fresh shorts a way to push the SP down? If so it didn't work and the SP jumped 2c to 30c. Still 34m shorts out there and time is running out for shorter(s). With B10 just a few weeks out they must be nervous and this is evident in this morning's rise in SP to 33c on a down day. Tick, tick, tick......
