this is better than I thought; AccessBio will pay some break fee; and it is considered 'material'; for small companies 10% change in revenue or guidance is the material threshold; mind you, 10% on WHAT number; in any case, it is break fee so that is some monies coming in
the guarantee of antigen tests supply is good; also the new 'self test' antigen supply guarantee is good; but the financials we have no idea
