Agreed, also management may have toned down the flavour of this announcement so it can be flagged as 'non-sensitive' .... just because of the speeding ticket on Friday and didn't want to raise eyebrows..... I'm sure Andy would have liked to advise a bit more detailed as to 'why' they are committing to such a large scale program... but hey ho.... at least we know
