And SSkim , you remember when CNX had there SPP (insto's only) at 0.43 and then it got down to that and then even lower to mid 30s and hung there for a bit , in fact I got so frustrated watching nearly all my gains dissappear I sold at .36 for a small profit.

But I hated selling as I am so convinced in the story I bought back in the next day at .35 , the rest is history.

PNA was another I was involved in , was .40 , SPP was .28 , SP dropped to .32 and then when the extra shares were on the market dropped to .30 before recovering.

It happens in nearly every SPP.

The more I look into Cougar the more I like it , and like the others , it doesnt matter what the SP is today , let this SPP , required by the company , pass , and lets have this same conversation in 6 weeks or so.
