I don't think the agreement has lapsed. The first conditions to be met were perfunctory. More likely it's all good but management doesn't feel the need to advise the market. You don't have the ambassador and the trade minister at the presentation and then fail to execute a couple of months later. Still it's very slack not to keep shareholders informed.
