Consider the following...

If at the close of trading on the 30th of June (with the share price at $0.95) the Company announced the following: -

Share placement of 15 Million share at $1.00 to single entity/company that would equate to 6.6% of the increased share
amount. I suspect all shareholders would be happy.

The current placement $15m @ $1.45 is an amount of 10.35m share.
That amount of shares will equate to 4.35% of the increased share amount
or
after share holders taking up an additional 3.45m shares
the 10.35m share package will equate to 4.28% of the increased share amount

The difference between the price at Trading halt $1.735 and placement price $1.45 is $0.275
This equates to an amount of $2.85m (on the 10.35m shares)

or $2.07m if placement had been made at $1.65
or $1.55m if placement had been made at $1.60
or $0.52m if placement had been made at $1.50

I accept that if the Company was to raise $20m from share holders it would have been at a price less than $1.735 - but at what price.
$1.60 ? $1.55 ? $1.50 ?
and would this CR be successful ? I'm not sure, if would depend on the price.

At this stage $15m successfully raised and additional $5m looking good

As a long term holder I am satisfied with this successful CR at what I consider a very acceptable price.
