    Sure that is also a possibility although I would hope not binbin given that would further dilute the register and based on their development timeline they believe they will have secured the debt facility, funding and drawdown, by the 1st qrt 2022. Based on that it sorta puts the theory of converting for the purpose of participating in a pending rights issue to the sword one would think.
