I can't say I agree that the Chairman has come clean, I do believe that he could resign due to his faults and deceitful acts, rather than resigning due to other commitments.
As for the questionnaire, do they think they should have time to prepare thier answers and abolish question time at the AGM? I don't think so and when will they realise that DDT shareholders are not complete morons?
