I see comments surrounding the ITM inspecie distribution and they all make valid points
i dont think the business would of been able sell this as a whole and receive $10m in cash, they kind of failed at the volatus deal and the newly created nextgen materials still conditonal and hasnt listed yet. they did alright with Roxby downs for those old investors who were around back then, which they sold to BHP.
There were a lot long term holders still keen to have exposure to these assets and the divesment into this new entity was always a good idea. i do believe management need to amend the record date for these shares prior to the issue if the placement shares, im a bit salty on the idea these new institutions will get itech shares when long termers have more interest in them..
