well yes 5% is an estimate because no one has done this at scale. Our lilac friends are making the pilot plant right now.

This will tell us if we use 5% or 2 % etc. The point is we will use very much less water than other approved companies who use evaporation ponds. ive roughly come up with some numbers a bit different to yours:

say 25T LCE is broken up into 25 modules then each module needs to draw 21000 cubic meters per hour and we only use 1091 cubic meters per hour if we use 5%. here is a pump example to do a couple of modules.
