A big thumbs up from me, I appreciate the time & effort you have taken to research and report back. Interesting that fluffynymph now remembers how the options were acquired!! As a moderator of hotcopper, I am sure many HC members including myself would respect the posts of a mod, nearly sold my stock on this basis, very glad I didn't. Big lesson learnt.
