The "Best Sellers" on Amazon is based on sales numbers. I dont think you can "buy" your way into that list.

That said, EVE has paid for advertising on Amazon, so when customers search certain terms 'raw honey' for example, EVE products are shown first.

Amazon is pretty central to their business model, that's been made very clear. Its probably a quick and easy way to get into an overseas market, might not be the cheapest.

I just hope it leads to further deals and distribution, hopefully something happening in Japan right now.
