Yes, but almost irrelevant. Even if STK goes up 200% on a discovery and those shares that RNX has are worth $6m, that 'asset' is still in the hands of RNX management and history teaches that any cash they can extract will go the way of all prior cash with similar historic levels of 'returns on capital' to be expected for RNX shareholders. If anyone believes in STK management, invest in STK.
If whomever is accumulating RNX is doing so for STK exposure, then RNX is likely even more boned that ever previously conceived.
