    Total uncertainty with China. Energy crisis doesn't give water top priority as it is an energy sapping process as well as the cost. War looming (probably). Contracts can be torn up! Beware. I would be trying to lessen China in the FLC portfolio not strengthen it and I think the market agrees unfortunately.
