Hi Pepper, yes they likely can be frustrating.
But are we waiting on EFA anyway? , I thought we were proceeding with a fully funded stage 1 though others seem to think waiting on EFA funding for stage 2. I guess that holders are uncertain on that point may be a sign of the standard of communication on project plan implementation. Needs to improve.
All just in my humble opinion as always.
