2) We are a critical Mineral holder.
3) We have a Joint Venture with "CHN".
4) We have "Kulin" sitting in the Middle of world class discoveries.
5) We were lucky enough to acquire more ground in that Area.
6) we have "GGN".
7) We still have our IO at "Riley", it has not vanished.
8) We have no Debt, we own our infrastructure at Riley.
9) We have TAX credits of $55 million.
10) We have TAX depreciation on 12 million dollars worth of equipment.
