GFC was a problem for any business or person affected by over extension of debt.

RRS doesnt rely on debt and the cheer squad keeps boasting on how RRS issues are well oversubscribed. Cash, or the obtaining of cash, doesnt seem to be a problem for RRS, so it should have been easy for a rig to have been obtaimed way earlier than now considering there are many other operators reliant on debt and having issues obtaining cash.
