>>>How do they determine the Auction Price?
using an example lets say
A wants to by 100 at $2
B wants to by 300 at $1.5
C wants to by 200 at $0.50
D wants to sell 200 at $1
E wants to sell 300 at $1.50
F wants to sell 300 at $2.50
The way the auction price calculate depends on buy/sell demand
look at the volumes each one is willing to buy and sell
Buy
A(100) + B(300) = 400 @ 1.50
Sell
D(200) + E(300) = 500 @ 1.50
So the auction price is $1.50
and remaining shares
C wants to by 200 at $0.50
E wants to sell 100 at $1.50
F wants to sell 300 at $2.50
