@ddzx share has sat doing nothing for a long period of time, however it is getting to the pointy end finally(fingers crossed), so why shouldn't existing shareholders be offered an opportunity to avoid dilution or to top up.
If it was to bring on a strategic shareholder it might be different, but I've seen that go wrong with that shareholder becoming a constant seller and holding back the share price.
