That is basically a snub to shareholders from LDA or whoever is responsible as they should know many investors rely on such information to make buying decisions especially those topping up in the 40's. I am sure many of us did, myself included and genuinely did not think the SP would go sub 40 due the specific SPP lower price limit in this AGREEMENT. It's the omission of any such announcement to S/H which really is against principles. Please update us once you have a reply. Not happy at all.
