The original capital cost of the CD2 units was $1.60
Since the CD2 has made distributions of $1.59
The current NTA of $2.10 presents pure profit.
The chance of CD2 creating more value in its investments and realising even more than the current NTA is very high, in my opinion.
I am not surprised some dealer groups latched onto this no brainer of an investment.
