Worth remembering that about five years ago typical HCC coal prices, and forward price, was circa US$125/t to US$150/t so when you put that into your model and take transport cost to the chinese border may well be a reason why thinsg have been slow. You also need to consider the spread of coking coal prices and market needs in norther China. Again I am unsure of what % of Aspire coal falls into what categories.
