Well how on earth is VUL going to raise $200 million at $13.50 when the price is $10.90 atm , If I was management I would extend the offer and make it $10.50 ps , as the SP was $1 a 1 year ago and 20 cents 18 months ago , I think its a bit greedy doing the CR at $13.50 tbh they are in a bit of a pickle.
