I own only a couple of companies where Directors are equally mindful of shareholders' interest.
One company I hold increased eanings 45% in FY2021 and added almost $1 Billion to market capitalisation for its shareholders. Dividends rose 28% as well, and all without the use of any leverage. CEO and majority shareholder Tony Walls was paid a salary of only $279,000, remarkably unchanged from FY2020 despite the excellent financial performance. No bonus was paid and no options were issued to him. The company is Objective Corporation (OCL), valued at $1.6 Billion.
The other company I hold with similar stewardship and regard for owners is ARB.
