The AGM is near. We need change.
This is your chance to make improvements to the company.
Imo we are not getting the best deal here as shareholders:
- Richard is taking over $500k / year plus has racked up millions in shares - funded by us, shareholders.
-His failure to deliver on most of the company's presentation deliverables for both Q2 & Q3 is unacceptable imo. Refer Leferve post for details.
- Klupacs is the Chairman who is ultimately responsible imo.
- Even Roger is getting over $180k.
Isn't there a saying " Its only a rort if you aren't involved" ?
There are 8, yes 8, people on the board / management team.
*** Please make the effort and vote accordingly at the upcoming AGM ***
Don't fall for the pre AGM pump to get themselves re-elected.
This company has potential, we just need the right executive team and board.
