brryh, I wish we would know more and when we do not know everything is guessing. This long wait indicates to me ( perhaps not anybody else) that there will not be a single license agreement with a single big pharma. If that is the case, there will be many different agreements with many big and small pharma companies. It could be that all or at least the smallest will be helped by the fund with clinical testing etc ????

PBT2 is a surprise to the fund and to the pharma companies, as it was a surprise also to Prana. But this is a positive thing to the patients, to the fund, to ATH, and most likely to the pharma companies as well. Money will smoothen the way to find the compromises needed and also find the testing etc co-operation between the companies. ATH needs a new department: an income office.

This is so positive thing to the many millions of patients that there needs to be a way to make PBT2 to pharmacies all over the world. My imagination is not good enough to figure out what is the best solution but there will be a solution. FDA will not block the solution but all normal testing etc needs to be done, of course.
