Note: the 1st line of News Release:

The ball is now in Sensera's court !
I would expect a trading halt until the company clarifies to the market where their business relationship with NanoDx stands.
For example, subject to NanoDx receiving EUA approval, will Sensera be involved in manufacturing sensors, expanding manufacturing capacity, receiving a license fee or some other arrangement.

At least, we Shareholders will FINALLY know where our company is standing re: potential income from Covid 19 sensors.
