Not strictly correct, if the company is doing everything right, however is under abnormal selling pressure from Perennial (outweighing normal buyers) then the share price will decline. There may even be a sharp spike down if Perennial dump the last of their holdings at any price. However, once that pressure is gone then 'normal' buying/selling will recommence. This should see the SP move to what the wider market considers fair value. If that fair value is higher than the current SP then we could see a reversal and drift back up on little/no news.

I am still doing my due diligence but hope to enter soon, hopefully (for me) on a perennial induced spike down. For me though the only prices that matter are entry and exit, for everything in between I focus on "main street" not "wall street" and am happy to hold long term if the business is ok, even if the share price isn't. For those that operate on high turnover and short-term trends, then the above is not relevant and I would wish you the best of luck in your next stock.

All IMO, please DYOR and GLTAH.
